Mike Von Burg was born in Albany, NY and moved to Tampa, FL. in 1977. He has been with Hyatt Hotels since 1996. Chef Von Burg has worked around Hyatt properties in various positions. He was recently promoted from Oystercatchers Restaurant as Sous Chef since 1999.

Chef Von Burg now joined Armani's Restaurant as Chef de Cuisine. We are excited and looking forward to the new menu items and proudly to announce the old favorites return.
